5.4 Setup input and output
Analog input cards (part numbers AI206 and AI203)
AI 206 and AI 203 are analog input cards in 3 and 6 channels respectively. Each
card
includes
universal
input
of
TC (
J,
K,
T,
E,
B,
R,
S,
N,
L,U,P,W5,W3,LR,A1,A2,A3,M ), RTD, mV, mA, V. The accepted input types and
sensor range for each type are listed on the clause 1.8 of chapter 1. To plug the
card into the rear slot then power on. The recorder will automatically detect the
card and display the specific input type, then show its source of a specific slot in
Configuration Mode.
To select a specific input, please press menu and then Config button to get into
the configuration window. In the configuration window, press up/down and enter
key to select AI and get into AI setting window. In the AI setting window, move the
selected focus to the item "Type" under the node "Sensor" and then press enter
key to select the desired sensor type. Press OK when finished. It's similar to set up
for all the other items. The item "Events" can be added to do further control.
