Introduction In mode 1 the WAM acts as a repeater for some Cooper radio and hybrid alarm systems. The WAM receives signals from transmitters that are out of range of the radio expander. The WAM repeats these signals and, because the WAM is nearer the expander, the expander can now hear the signals and respond to them.
