1. INSTALLATION OF OPTIMA BASIC

1.1 Installation

Installation of the control panel The control panel is
designed to be mounted onto a flat wall.
1.2 Mounting
Find the location on the wall where you will fix the control
panel and mark the screw-hole positions. A min. of two
screws must be used to fix the display enclosure to the wall.
Drilling of holes, hole size and the corresponding screws for
fixing the panel depends on the wall material.
When the display enclosure has been securely installed to
the wall. Take the Optima Basic display which comes with a
preinstalled wire connected and lead the wire through the
opening in the enclosure as shown on the picture.
Fix the cable to the enclosure with a cable tie as shown to
prevent the cable from being pulled out of the terminal on
the display.
NOTE: if the preinstalled 1,8 meter Optima Basic cable
length is not sufficient, it is possible to replace this with a 4
wire twisted pairs 0,25 mm2 cable with a maximum length
of 50 meters.
Fix the control panel to the enclosure using 4 screws as
indicated on the picture.
Complete the installation by carefully clicking the plastic
cover on top of the enclosure as indicated on the picture.
Note: the display can be flush mounted in the wall by using
an integrated euro norm socket.
To remove the display unclip the plastic cover and remove
screws.

children without supervision. Rights to make any design or
technical modifications are reserved.
