Programming Instructions To program the Inepro IP Card Reader, you need a hex-file. This file should be supplied by Inepro and is customized to meet your requirements. 1. Start the mePROG.exe executable. 2. Choose 'File' -> 'Open'. 3. Open the hex-file that Inepro supplied. The selected hex filename will be shown in the title bar of the application window.
