Bautechnik und den Anforderungen an eine Überfüllsicherung als Sicherheitseinrichtung, z.B. entsprechend DWA-A 791-1 (TRwS). Die Überfüllsicherung BC-1 besteht aus Anzeigegerät und Sonde und wird zur Überwachung des Füllvorgangs eines Tanks mit wassergefährdenden Betriebsmedien verwendet. Vor Erreichen des maximal zulässigen Füllstandes im Tank erfolgt eine akustische und optische Alarmgabe, so dass der Befüllvorgang rechtzeitig beendet werden kann. -

Überfüllsicherung Typ BC-1 MONTAGE Alle elektrischen Arbeiten sind grundsätzlich von einer ausgebildeten Elektrofachkraft auszuführen. Schweiz: Der Einbau darf nur von fachkundigen Personen ausgeführt werden, die über Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik sowie Explosions- und Brandschutz verfügen. - Page 10 Überfüllsicherung Typ BC-1 Montage Einbaukörper Nach zuvor erfolgter Ermittlung des Einstellmasses X ist der Einbaukörper zu arretieren. Der Einbaukörper dient zur Befestigung der Sonde im Tank. Der Einbaukörper besitzt Feststellschrauben, die das Sondenrohr gegen Verschieben sichern. Einbaukörper unter Verwendung einer Dichtung oder von Dichtmitteln von Hand einschrauben und fest anziehen.

- Page 13 Überfüllsicherung Typ BC-1 Dies kann durch Betätigen des Tasters Prüfen am Messumformer vorgenommen werden - dadurch erfolgt eine Alarmmeldung und evtl. angeschlossene Melde- und Steuerungseinrichtungen werden dabei geschaltet. Nach Loslassen des Tasters Prüfen erlischt die Alarmmeldung wieder. Die FUNKTIONSPRÜFUNG ersetzt nicht die jährlich durchzuführende Prüfung (siehe Abschnitt WARTUNG).

LED Alarm und Summerton. Nach erfolgtem Anschluss der Klemmen die Frontplatte wieder aufschrauben! Spaltbildung vermeiden! Der Gehäusedeckel des BC-1-2 muss plan aufliegen, die 4 Schrauben nicht zu fest anziehen, bei Bedarf sorgfältig ausrichten. INBETRIEBNAHME Das Anzeigegerät ist an eine Überstrom-Schutzeinrichtung OCP anzuschließen, die leicht zu erreichen ist. -

Flüssigkeitsspiegels im Tank (Sonde nicht mehr in Flüssigkeit eingetaucht –z.B. durch Entnahme) schaltet das Anzeigegerät wieder auf Überwachungsmodus. Die BEDIENUNG schließt die WARTUNG ein. Montagehinweis Adapter BC-1 – AS (Verbindung Überfüllsicherung Typ BC-1 an Straßentankfahrzeug zur Abschaltung des Befüllvorgangs) beachten. FUNKTIONSPRÜFUNG Die Sonde darf bei dieser Prüfung nicht im Betriebsmedium eingetaucht sein. -

In case of tanks which are filled via an automatically closing discharge valve, the filling is to be ended when an optical and acoustic alarm of the BC-1 is given. With the Alarmton Quittieren [Reset Alarm Sound] button, both the integrated acoustic alarm and the Alarm 2 output can be reset (deactivated). -
