Installing and Removing the RTM

The RTM must be installed into a ATCA system without a Zone 3 midplane.
The RTM provides support for basic hot swap, that means it can be installed,
removed and replaced in a powered system. However, after the RTM is installed or
replaced in a powered system the front blade has to be rebooted so that the OS
can recognize the SAS controller or other PCI devices located on the RTM.
