Installation of the Launch
Fiber into the module
The OTU-8000 can be equipped with a Launch Fiber Module, usually
set above the OTU-8000.

This module is used to get default visibility at the very beginning of the
fiber to test (the launch fiber is in the dead zone, not the fiber to test).
You must use a Torx Screwdriver to install the Launch Fiber into the
Module
1 Open the Launch Fiber Module by unscrewing the 4 Torx screws of
the upper cover.
Use a screwdriver to remove upper cover.

2 Set the Launch Fiber reel into the box, and fix it with the screws.
