5.4.1

Faults

Remedy / action
Make sure there is no obstruction between the reference ca-
meras.
Remove obstruction.
Shut down the PC, disconnect the FWA 46xx + from the mains
for 10 seconds and start up the PC again.
Make sure there is no obstruction between the reference came-
ras. Make sure the sensors/lifting platform are neither moving
nor vibrating. Switch off the vehicle engine if applicable to avoid
vibration at the platform or sensors.
Check cable connection.
Re-start wheel alignment unit.
Ignore the fault message.
Ignore the fault message.
Check wiring between computer and communication proces-
sor.
Shut down the PC, disconnect the FWA 46xx + from the mains
for 10 seconds and start up the PC again.
Inform customer service.
Terminate Aligner, select <Configuration of sensors> under <Ea-
sy3D Server> and perform assignment.
