• When moving in reverse with your scooter, ensure that
there are no obstacles behind you.
• Do not make sudden directional changes at full speed,
particularly on uneven or hilly surfaces. Failure to
observe this can result in the scooter tipping over.
• On public roads, use your scooter on the bicycle path,
if possible.
• Do not drive over curbs whose height exceeds the
ground clearance of your scooter. Approach curbs
slowly and at a slight angle while holding firmly onto
the handlebars with both hands.
• When driving the scooter, always keep both hands on
the handlebars and your legs in the scooter.
• Do not drive your scooter in the snow in order to avoid
accidents on slippery roads.
• Only change the direction of travel (forward, reverse)
while stationary.
• Do not drive any passengers and do not exceed the
total weight. (Always observe the technical specifica-
tions for your model!).
• Never switch on your scooter while pressing the for-
ward/reverse lever.
• Never get on or off your scooter when the scooter is
not switched off.
• Always switch the scooter "off" before you swivel the
seat.
• In confined spaces, drive only at the lowest speed
setting.
• Ensure that there is sufficient space to turn in narrow
alleys and corridors. Because of the way they are con-
structed, there may be problems when turning the
scooter.
• Only drive your scooter when the seat is snapped into
the driving position.
• Do not drive your scooter over a deep, soft surface
(such as soft sand, thick grass, loose gravel).
• Do not drive your scooter on slopes which exceed 17%.
• Always proceed carefully when driving your scooter,
especially when you are approaching a slope.
• Always proceed carefully when you are driving on
uneven surfaces.
• NEVER drive your scooter through deeper water and
never clean your scooter with a high-pressure cleaner.
• Never expose the scooter for a longer period of time to
direct sunlight or other sources of heat. The seat sur-
face and metal parts may present a risk of burns.
