If the Drive Medical MINI PHANTOM scooter is fully charged, and the lights and horn work but it will not move forward or backward, a possible issue is that the scooter is in Freewheel Mode. In this mode, the motor is disengaged, and the scooter can only be moved manually. To operate normally, ensure the freewheel lever is pushed down completely to engage motor power.

@lori a davis I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your Drive Medical Cobra GT4 scooter. Given that the horn and lights are functioning, and the left-side controls beep, but the scooter doesn't move forward or backward, here are some steps to help diagnose and potentially resolve the problem:
---
Troubleshooting Steps
1. **Check the Freewheel Lever**: Ensure the freewheel lever is firmly pushed into the **"Drive"** position. If it's in the **"Freewheel"** position, the scooter won't move.([drivemedical.com][1])
2. **Inspect the Circuit Breaker**: Locate the circuit breaker on the scooter's rear or under the seat. If it's popped out, press it back in to reset.
3. **Examine Battery Connections**: Even though the lights work, it's essential to check that the battery terminals are clean and securely connected.
4. **Test the Throttle**: Ensure the throttle is in the neutral position when turning on the scooter. A mispositioned throttle can prevent movement.([ManualZilla][2])
5. **Diagnostic Flash Codes**: Turn on the scooter and observe the battery indicator lights. If they flash in a sequence, refer to the owner's manual for the corresponding error code and recommended action.
---
Potential Causes
* **Park Brake Fault**: If the park brake isn't engaging correctly, the scooter won't move.
* **Throttle Fault**: A malfunctioning throttle can prevent movement.
* **Motor Fault**: Issues with the motor or wiring can lead to this problem.
* **Controller Fault**: A malfunctioning controller may need professional attention.
---
Next Steps
* **Consult the Owner's Manual**: Refer to the troubleshooting section for specific error codes and solutions.
* **Contact Customer Support**: Reach out to Drive Medical's customer service or an authorized dealer for further assistance.
* **Professional Inspection**: If the issue persists, consider having the scooter inspected by a qualified technician.
