DRY FIRE PROTECTION FUNCTION (Only the left burner has the function)
The burner of gas hob is working, if forgetting to turn off the burner when the boiling
water or the water of heating food in the pan has been dry up and causes the
temperature of the bottom of the pan to overheat and exceed the temperature of the
sensor(about 290°C~320°C，according to the laboratory test data),the DRY PIRE
PROTECTION device will cut off the gas vavle and make buzzer Alarm (about 20
seconds) to avoid gas leakage and safety accidents.
IMPORTANT:
in effective touching, otherwise the DRY FIRE PROTECTION function can't work
properly;the function will start within a few minutes when the h e a t i n g water in the
pan is thoroughly dry up,the function can't achieve the requirement of turning
off the gas valve immediately.
IMPORTANT:
ignite successfully. When the sensor drops to the right temperature,it can only be
reignited again.If take away the pan boiled dry on the burner,it would be shorten time
to reiginte the burner.
