Verifi care l'integrità e l'usura del le boccole (fi g.5) del collettore e del lo statore. Se i dentini sono
usurati pro ce de re al l'estra zio ne e alla so sti tu zio ne.
Smontare gli iniettori svi tan do il tap po come in fi g.6, ed even tual men te spin gen do dall'interno dello
statore con un uten si le.
Verifi care l'integrità degli iniettori e dei relativi anelli di tenuta.
Gli iniettori esistono di diverse mi su re, a seconda dell'utilizzo della testina. Accertarsi di sostituirli
con altri della stes sa misura, e che siano ade gua ti alla portata dell'acqua a cui è col le ga ta.
Togliere lo statore tirandolo verso l'al to come in fi g.7. Se necessario aiu tar si ruotandolo ed even-
tual men te fa cen do leva con un cacciavite piatto.
Verifi care l'integrità dell'anello di te nu ta po sto alla base dello statore.
Check the wear of the manifold and stator bushings (fi g.5) and that they are intact. If the teeth are
worn remove and replace them.
Disassemble the injectors by unscrewing the cap as shown in fi g.6 and if necessary pushing from
inside the stator with a tool.
Check that the injectors and the re la ti ve grommets are intact.
There are various sized injectors, according to the use of the head. Make sure that they are replaced
with those of the correct size and that they are adjusted to the fl ow of the water they are connected
to.
Remove the stator by pulling it upwards as shown in fi g.7. If necessary help by rotating it and
levering it with a fl at screwdriver.
Check that the grommet at the base of the stator is intact.

procéder à l'extraction et à la substitution.
Démonter les injecteurs en dévissant le bouchon comme le montre la fi g.6, et éventuellement en
poussant de l'intérieur du stator avec un outil.
Vérifi er l'intégrité des injecteurs et des joints d'étanchéité correspondants.
Les injecteurs existent de plusieurs mesures, suivant l'utilisation de la tête. Veiller à les remplacer
par d'autres de la même mesure, et qui soient adaptés au débit d'eau auquel elle est reliée.
Enlever le stator en le tirant vers le haut comme le montre la fi g.7. Si besoin est, s'aider en le
tournant et éventuellement en se servant d'un tournevis plat comme levier.
Vérifi er l'intégrité du joint d'étanchéité placé à la base du stator.

prüfen. Ausbauen und ersetzen, falls die Zähne abgenutzt sind.
Den Stopfen abschrauben wie auf Abb. 6 gezeigt, und die Einspritzer ausbauen, und gegebenenfalls
den Stator mit einem Werkzeug nach innen schieben.
Die Unversehrtheit der Einspritzer und der entsprechenden Dichtungsringe überprüfen.
Die Einspritzer sind in Abhängigkeit von der Verwendung des Kopfes in verschiedenen Größen
vorhanden. Sicherstellen, dass sie durch solche von der gleichen Größe ersetzt werden, und dass
sie für den angeschlossenen Wasserdurchsatz geeignet sind.
Den Stator nach oben herausziehen, wie auf Abb. 7 gezeigt. Falls erforderlich drehen und mit einem
fl achen Schraubenzieher hebeln.
Die Unversehrtheit des Dichtungsrings an der Basis des Stators überprüfen.
