Do not, under any circumstances, mount
the power supply at a height where there
is a risk it can be submerged in water (at
least 30 cm from the ground). It is not
permitted to place the power supply on
the ground.
The supplied low voltage cable is
10 meters long.
It is not allowed to connect 2 or more low
voltage cables.
It is recommended to use an earth fault-
breaker when connecting the power
supply to the wall socket.

3.2 Boundary wire

To start a robotic lawnmower requires a charging
station and boundary wire to be installed. The ro-
botic lawnmower displays the No loop signal mes-
sage when an attempt is made to start before the
installation is complete.
It is possible, however, to test the mower before
the installation is completed by doing one of the
following:
Connect a short, temporary loop in a
small area around the mower.
Temporarily disengage the mower's loop
detection, see 2.6.5 Special settings on
page 34.
3.2.1 Laying the boundary wire
See also the Operator's Manual 3.4 Installation of
boundary wire.
Pegging
It is easier to readjust a pegged boundary wire, as
it does not lie so deep. If you know where the loop
is laid, you can easily dig it up using for instance a
screwdriver. Care must be taken though so as not
to damage the wire.
Burying/Cutting
A buried boundary wire is more protected than a
pegged one, which may be an advantage if you
need to dethatch or aerate the lawn.
When burying the wire, make a channel using a
spade or an edger, approximately 1-20 cm deep,
around the entire garden. Place the wire in the
channel and then press it closed with your feet.
You can also cut a channel using for instance an
edge cutting machine.
