4. AUTOCHECK EXPERIENCE, SERVICE PROGRAM
It is recommended to use the log book throughout
the robotic lawnmower's lifecycle (at the time of a
sale, winter service, repairs) to obtain a good over-
view of the mowers that have been sold or serviced.
It is then easy to see how far a mower has traveled
since the last service, how well it has been working,
what parts have been replaced at each service, if
the customer has altered settings and much more.
When installing a robotic lawnmower it is both sim-
ple and suitable to store all settings in the log book
on site in the garden for future reference in connec-
tion with any alterations or problems.
Note! Autocheck EXP saves the mower automati-
cally to the log book as soon as the mower is con-
nected to the program. No manual saving is needed
and is consequently never carried out.
In those cases where something is altered while
the mower is connected to Autocheck EXP, an ad-
ditional save to the log book is carried out when the
mower is disconnected or when Autocheck EXP is
turned off. A maximum of 2 automatic saves are im-
plemented per date on an individual mower.
4.3.6 Tools
Under the Tools section you will find a number of
important special settings. Actions that can be un-
dertaken from this menu include:
• Clear the mower's list of fault messages
• Restore the mower to factory settings
• Clear the battery's charging cycle counter
(recommended when replacing the mower's
battery)
• Transfer user settings from log book to new
main circuit board
• Reading the mower's encrypted PIN code,
the so-called security code
• Transfer PC time to the mower
• Test the battery's capacity
4.3.7 The Assistant
The Assistant is found in the program's bottom right-
hand corner. It provides information about the status
of both Autocheck EXP and the connected mower.
The Assistant can also propose actions.
Tip! Always follow the recommendations from the
Assistant. If the Assistant detects a problem, it fre-
quently also has one or several suggested actions.
