6. TROUBLESHOOTING
Boundary wire broken.
Power supply not connected.
Power supply or power supply
cable damaged.
Connection failed between the
robotic lawnmower and the
charging station.
The boundary wire is not con-
nected to the charging station
The boundary wire is laid in
the wrong direction around an
island.
ECO mode is activated and
the robotic lawnmower has
attempted to start outside the
charging station.
Disturbances from metal ob-
jects (fences, reinforcement
steel) or buried cables close by.
The boundary wire connec-
tions to the charging station
are crossed.
The boundary wire is too close
to the edge of the working
area.
The working area slopes too
much at the boundary wire.
The boundary wire is laid in
the wrong direction around an
island.
The mower finds it hard to
distinguish the signal from an
installation close by.
Disturbances from magnetic
objects (fences, reinforcement
steel) or buried cables close by.
Check the signal given by the LED on
the charging station. Refer to
6.4 Troubleshooting the loop signal on
page 95.
Check the wall socket connection and
whether an earth-fault breaker has trip-
ped. Check that the low voltage cable
is connected to the charging station.
Make sure the power supply or the
power supply cable is not damaged.
Park the robotic lawnmower in the
charging station and generate a new
loop signal using the New loop signal
function.
Check that the boundary wire connec-
tor is fitted properly to the charging
station.
Check that the boundary wire has
been laid according to the instructions
in Chapter 3.2.1 Laying the boundary
wire on page 36.
Check that the charging station LED
indicates ECO mode. Refer to
6.4 Troubleshooting the loop signal on
page 95
Try moving the boundary wire and/or
creating additional islands in the work-
ing area.
Check that the boundary wire is con-
nected correctly. See Connecting the
boundary wire in the Operator's Ma-
nual.
Check that the boundary wire has
been laid according to the instructions
in chapter 3 Installation in the Opera-
tor's Manual.
Check that the boundary wire has
been laid according to the instructions
in Chapter 3.2.1 Laying the boundary
wire on page 36.
Park the robotic lawnmower in the
charging station and generate a new
loop signal using the New loop signal
function.
Try moving the boundary wire and/or
creating additional islands in the work-
ing area.
