Visual inspection
Prior to igniting the fireplaces,
all ignition devices must be
checked for corrosion and
mechanic damage. Check all
fireplaces for accidental gas
leaks or uncontrolled direction
of the flames.
Visual inspection
Carry out a test run prior to
starting an exercise and check
all main systems.
Appendix 5 - Forms
Necessary prerequisite
All sheet metals are
functional and are not
visibly damaged.
Hatches and doors are
correctly attached.
The target of the exercise
has been defined.
All exercise participants
have been instructed.
Purging has been
completed.
Water bath pans are filled
with water.
All fireplaces and igniters
work properly.
Igniters burn.
Test run has been carried
out successfully and the
system is free of faults and
