System error
In the event of a system error, the fuse for a device may have triggered, for example,
meaning it can no longer send a signal to the PLC. The last measurable operating condition
of the device is displayed with a black background. The displayed status does not neces-
sarily have to match the current condition.

Safety lock
The safety lock is displayed in the software with a violet frame. All devices and functions
that are not permitted to be operated following an emergency stop mode activation or
functions that are not permitted to be carried out, are deactivated and displayed with a
purple frame in the software. The safety locks switch the entire system to emergency stop
operation. Safety locks must be acknowledged following rectification. All possible triggers
for safety locks are listed below.
Emergency stop operation safety lock
Actuation of an emergency stop switch
Interruption of the wireless connection to the remote control
Pressure for LPG exceeds the defined maximum value
Pressure for gaseous gas exceeds the defined maximum value
Gas concentration exceeds the defined maximum value (≥ 25 % LEL)
Temperature monitoring at 1 m height exceeds the defined maximum value
(≥ +250 °C)
Temperature monitoring below the ceiling exceeds the defined maximum value
(≥ +650 °C)
and where applicable system-specific defined safety locks
Operation lock
The operation lock is displayed in the software with an orange frame. All devices and
functions that are locked in combination, for example, and not permitted to be carried out
in a specific situation, are displayed with an orange frame and cannot be implemented. The
operation locks are not alarms or errors, but safety precautions to ensure hazard-free
operation of the system. No emergency stop mode is implemented.
