Flash over (gas-fired)
NOTICE
i
i
Gas can accumulate in closed fire rooms in the area of the fireplace after unsuccessful
ignition attempts with the flash over (gas-fired), which can cause uncontrolled
combustion. After 5 failed ignition attempts in succession, the ventilator in C3 is switched
to maximum power for 1 minute to remove any gas residues from the fire room. The alarm
of the flash over (gas-fired) can then be reset via the reset button.
NOTICE
i
i
If the flash over (gas-fired) is only triggered for a short time (2-3 seconds) it may be that,
even though a visible flame was produced, the temperature did not rise enough to be
detected by the sensor. This will then register as an unsuccessful ignition attempt. The
flash over (gas-fired) should therefore not be triggered too briefly.
Support fire ok: lit green once the
support fire is in operation. If the
display is red, the support fire is not
in operation or there is a fault.
The support fire is started
automatically following successful
start of the igniter.
LPG ok: lit green when the flash over (gas-fired) is in operation. Lit red when the flash
over (gas-fired) is not in operation or there is a fault.
Flash over Set & Level: Setting the main flame level of the flash over (gas-fired) (levels
1 to 3)
Remaining runtime: Displays the remaining runtime of the fireplace in seconds and
visually underneath in a bar. The maximum runtime is 15 seconds.
Remaining cooling time: Displays the remaining cooling time in seconds and visually
underneath in a bar. The cooling time after each operation period of the fireplace is
10 seconds.
System purging: Displays the remaining purging time in seconds and visually
underneath in a bar.
Sup. le./ri.: Displays the current temperature at both measuring points on the support
fire left/right in °C. After starting the flash over (gas-fired), both temperature sensors
must show a defined temperature rise within a defined time, otherwise the fireplace is
deactivated.
FO: Displays the current temperature at the measuring point in the fireplace in °C.
After starting the flash over (gas-fired), the temperature sensor must show a defined
temperature rise within a defined time, otherwise the fireplace is deactivated.
