Troubleshooting
Relieve the pressure (page 7) before checking or repairing the equipment.
To repair the regulator, refer to page 10.
Problem
No fluid flow.
Low fluid flow.
High fluid flow.
Erratic fluid flow.

Cause
Plugged fluid inlet.
Exhausted fluid supply.
No air inlet pressure.
Ruptured air diaphragm (15).
Ruptured fluid diaphragms (9a, 9b).
Incorrect ratio.
Fluid supply pressure is too low.
Air inlet pressure is too low.
Incorrect ratio.
Air inlet pressure is too high.
Damaged fluid diaphragms (9a, 9b).
Ruptured air diaphragm (15).
Ruptured fluid diaphragms (9a, 9b).
Inconsistent air inlet pressure.
Inconsistent fluid inlet pressure.
Solution
Flush fluid line and regulator.
Check fluid supply and supply
pump.
Check air inlet pressure.
Replace. See page 10.

Use correct spacer (3) and ratio pis-
ton (14) for desired ratio. See
Change the Ratio, page 10.
Increase fluid pressure. Do not
exceed 300 psi (2.1 MPa, 21 bar).
