Your RainWise MK4-C Cellular Weather Station from RainWise is warrantied be

free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of TWO YEARS from the
date of its first consumer purchase. RainWise agrees to repair or replace any defective
damage due to the product or part when notified within the warranty period
without charge.
The following are excluded from warranty coverage: damage due to improper use,
abuse, accident and/or lack of reasonable care; improper storage, maintenance or
handling (including corrosion); the fixing of any attachment not provided with the
product; lightning strike and/or power surge.
Removal/reinstallation charges and any warranty service performed by a non-
authorized repair service are also not covered. RainWise assumes no responsibility
for any special, incidental or consequential damages and RainWise authorizes no
other warranty, written or oral.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which
vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or
consequential damages, and so the above exclusions and limitations may not
apply to you.
