HT5 series metal tube flowmeter
Upstream pipeline and downstream pipe bore should be the instrument have the same nominal
size, the upstream straight pipe length should ensure that more than 5 times the flowmeter
Caliber upstream and downstream straight pipe length of 250mm or more; in order to prevent
pipeline expansion, mating flange must pipe axis to pair and parallel to each other;
The valve should be installed before and after the meter, instrument maintenance easy
disassembly.
For measuring the gas medium flow meter, if the meter exhaust gas directly into the
atmosphere, should be installed in the instrument at the outlet of the throttle valve to
ensure proper measurement.
Outlet pipe and the inlet pipe flowmeter shall be provided support means so that the
flow meter by external biasing minimum, see installation diagram.
For overhaul, replacement of the meter and cleaning pipeline convenience, we recommend
to install the bypass pipe instrument.
If a customer-supplied bolts and gaskets must be in accordance with the selected
connection and pressure rating to choose.
Opener should first turn off the meter at both ends of the valve, and after the system
pressure is stable, please open the upstream valve slowly, then adjust the Flow rate by
adjusting the valve downstream, when the meter stops working, you should slowly close the
upstream valve, then close the flowmeter downstream flow control valve, pressure changes
to avoid impact on the float, causing accidental damage meter. Should be used to avoid abrupt
changes in the measured fluid pressure.
Gas measurement pipe should gradually increase the operating pressure, first change the
flow by adjusting the opening degree of the valve, the float in order to prevent sudden
acceleration, crash stopper upwards (e.g. in the case of using the electromagnetic valve),
damage to the measuring part; not solenoid valve is used; you can install a manual flow
control valve to adjust the meter downstream.
