Solution
Make sure the Front Label Guide touches
the edge of the Media Guide Tips.
Contact the product manufacturer's
customer service or your local dealer.
Set the correct label size.
Fine-tune the Shift X setting. For more
information, see
7.1.1 FBPL
Calibrate the sensor sensitivity again.
Set the correct label size and gap size.
Fine-tune the Shift Y setting. For more
information, see
7.1.1 FBPL
If using the BarTender software, set the
Vertical Offset in the driver.
