Troubleshooting
PROBLEM: Messages cannot be deposited in a subscriber's Mailbox.
Possible Cause
The Mailbox is full.
Corrective Action
Old messages must be deleted
regularly from Mailboxes.
NOTE:
When an individual's mailbox is full,
new messages for that subscriber are
deposited in the General Mailbox
along with a recording identifying the
name and extension of the called
party.
Mailbox sizes are 5, 10 and 15
minutes (in special cases size may be
60 minutes). If subscribers frequently
hear the "Mailbox Nearly Full"
message, you may want to increase
the storage size (Class of Service) of
their Mailboxes.
