[3]-3. Spindle and Gear section (cont.)
ASSEMBLING
(1) Assemble Gear section by reversing the disassembly procedure. (Fig. 7)

1. Assemble Ball bearing 626ZZ
to Gear housing complete.

4. Assemble Spindle section to Gear housing complete.
Then, assemble Spur gear 47 to Spindle while fitting
its cut portion to Key 5. And then, secure the spur gear
with Retaining ring S-14.
6. Assemble Pin 3 and Gasket to Gear housing complete.

(2) Assemble Gear housing and Gear cover to Motor housing section by reversing the disassembly procedure.
Refer to Fig. 2 of page 2.
Note: 1. Use a rag to protect Switch handle in use of vise.
2. Turn 1R340 counterclockwise for setting Bearing retainer 23-36 in place.

to Spindle.

3. Insert Ring 15 to Spindle.
Then, mount Key 5 to
the groove of Spindle.

5. Insert Gear complete 7-41 into Ball bearing
626LLB with Spur gear 47 engaged.
Note: Do not forget to assemble Flat washer 6.
