Separate handle cover from motor housing, and then remove brush holders together with carbon brushes. (Fig. 1) 2. After removing three M4x14 pan head screws, turn gear housing a little bit. And by striking the edge of motor housing with plastic hammer, gear housing can be separated from motor housing.

Holding Hex bar 10 with square socket (No.1R298) securely with drill chuck, and turn the hex socket counterclockwise using Torque wrench shaft (No.1R223) and Ratchet head (No.1R224).
