Displays when adjust knob operation is locked out and wire
feed speed cannot be altered.

Displays when adjust knob is turned and parameter is at its
maximum level and cannot be increased further.

Displays when adjust knob is turned and parameter is at its
minimum level and cannot be decreased further.
Displays when jog forward touch pad is depressed. Wire
feed starts in the forward direction at the pre-programmed
forward jog speed setting.
Displays when jog reverse touch pad is depressed. Wire
feed starts in the reverse direction at the pre-programmed
reverse jog speed setting.
Displays when jog forward touch pad is depressed, released
and then depressed to initiate rapid speed jog. Wire feed
starts in the forward direction and, after a brief moment,
increases to the pre-programmed rapid speed setting.
Displays when jog reverse touch pad is depressed, released
and then depressed to initiate rapid speed jog. Wire feed
starts in the reverse direction and, after a brief moment,
increases to the pre-programmed rapid speed setting.
Displays when the jog forward touch pad is depressed,
the start button is depressed and then both buttons are
released. Wire feed starts in the forward direction at the
system's maximum speed and continues until the stop button
is depressed.
Displays when the jog reverse touch pad is depressed,
the start button is depressed and then both buttons are
released. Wire feed starts in the reverse direction at the
system's maximum speed and continues until the stop button
is depressed.
Displays when a jog touch pad is depressed while the
system is in a programming screen.

Displays whenever the emergency stop button is depressed
and remains on until it is reset.
Displays during wire feeding if the wire has been started by
n a b l e d
a remote signal. Also displayed after emergency stop has
been activated and reset, if the remote run signal is still ac-
tive. Remains displayed until remote start signal is reset.
Displays after the remote start signal has been received and

counts down to zero. At the end of this time, the wire starts
to feed at the pre-programmed wire feed speed,

time that the closed loop sensing delay is timing out, time
counts down to zero. During this time, the wire feed speed
is running in open loop.
Displays after the remote stop signal has been given to the
X . X s e c unit, counts down to zero. During this time, the wire feeds
at the programmed wire feed speed. At the end of the stop
delay time, the wire stops feeding.
Displays after the wire feed has stopped and during the time

that the wire retract time is timing out, counts down to zero.
During this time the wire retracts at the pre-programmed
retract speed.
