SCREEN 29 REMOTE LOW INPUT
REMOTE LO INPUT 90
The Remote Low Input value represents the DC
reference voltage value received by the control
from a remote voltage source that is adjusted to
the Low Limit speed (minimum allowed wire
feed speed). This number can be changed by
turning the adjust knob to increase or decrease
its value. Changing this number will change the
Wire Feed Speed display reading when adjusting
the wire feed speed to the low limit using the
remote pendant or voltage source.
The remote low input can be set to a minimum
number of 0. The maximum number which can
be set is 1 digit less than the number which is
entered for the remote high input (Screen 28).
Press the scroll down arrow to proceed to the
next screen.

UNITS
This screen allows the units of measurement to
be changed from Inches to Metric by turning
the adjust knob.
When the system is set up for Inches the wire
feed speed will be set and indicated in inches
per minute. When the control is set for Metric,
the wire feed speed will be set and indicated in
centimeters per minute.
This screen is for initial set-up only. If the units
are changed, the high and low limit numbers will
need to be manually recalculated and entered.
Changing the units of measurement only changes
the title, i.e.. IPM or CPM.
Press the scroll down arrow to proceed to the
next screen.

Screen 31 HOUR METER
HOUR METER
This screen indicates the number of hours that
the wire feeder has been running.
The display cannot be adjusted, the number
shown is the accumulated number of hours that
the motor has been running. This number can
be used for servicing and maintenance purposes,
it will permit regular preventative maintenance
to take place at scheduled intervals.
The number counts up from 0 to 9,999 hours.
When all the calibration screens have been com-
pleted, press and release the power push-button
switch to switch off the unit. A second press
powers up the system into the operator mode.
