9.9.4 Block names, DLC, transducer-controlled option
The following block names are used.
All adjustable parameters DO NOT use the same type of blocks. Check the block types below to determine which steps apply to your
application.
Screen names Description
On Level Tank level at which the lead (duty) pump starts.
Off Level Tank level at which the lead (duty) pump stops.
Lag Level Tank level at which the lag (standby) pump starts
High Level Alarm Tank level at which the high-level alarm is activated.
Low Level Alarm Tank level at which the low-level alarm is activated.
The full range of the transducer (not the tank height), i.e. the 4-20 mA
Xducer Range
signal from the transducer equals 0 - Xducer Range.
The distance between the bottom of the transducer and the bottom of the
Xducer Offset
tank.
Minimum Run Time The minimum pump run time for an automatic cycle.
High Level Pump Run Time The minimum pump run time during a high-level state.
High Level Alarm Delay The time between the high-level state and alarm status.
DLC adjustable parameter soft-button blocks
Block names Description
Pmp1Lead Pump 1 as lead (duty) pump
Pmp2Lead Pump 2 as lead (duty) pump

Step Action
• Press the "ESC" button and hold it down until the blinking underscore appears
(approximately 3 seconds).
• Then press the "OK" button.

• The blinking underscore will change to a blinking cursor.
• Press the " " or " " button to move the cursor to the digit(s) that need to be changed;
note that on the On Level setting the decimal goes away but the tenths spot is still
active.
• To change the value, use the " " or "

• When the new value has been entered, press "OK".
• The cursor will change back to an underscore.
• At this point, the blinking underscore should still be present.
• By pressing the " " button, you can scroll to the lower value and repeat steps 1-2 to
change its value.

• When finished, press "OK" and the cursor will change to an underscore.
• Press the "ESC" button twice to exit Parameter mode.
