The ContaminationSensor is maintenance-free. Clean the CS regularly, as
described in the "Cleaning the ContaminationSensor" chapter.

Cleaning the ContaminationSensor

Clean the surface with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use any chemical
cleaning agents as these may damage the film attached to the surface of the
unit.
