Add System Users Locally With a Keypad

Use the B920/B930 keypad's Users menu to locally add users, keyfobs, transmitters, and
cards (B930 keypad instructions shown).

Notice!
To add a card, you must program the Assign Door prompt within Keypad Assignments with
the D9210C door controller number. If you do not program the Assign Door prompt, the
keypad reads 9210 NOT READY.

Press [Menu] softkey to open the Main menu.
Press [User] softkey to open the Users menu option.
Press [Add User] softkey to open the Add User menu option.
Enter your passcode and press [Enter] softkey.
Enter the number (1-50) for the user you wish to add, and press [Enter] softkey.
Press [Passcode] softkey to set the passcode.
Press [Enter] softkey to continue.
Enter the user's passcode and press [Enter] softkey.
Enter the passcode again and press [Enter] softkey. The keypad shows Passcode
changed and then returns to the previous menu.
Press [Name] softkey to configure the user's name.
The [ESC] key acts as a [Backspace] key. Press [ESC] to delete the characters. Press a
number key repeatedly to scroll through the number and letters shown on the key.
Press [Enter] softkey to save the name. The keypad returns to the previous menu.
Press [Level] softkey to assign an authority level.
Press [Enter] softkey to continue.
Press [Yes] softkey to continue.
Enter the authority level (1-14) you wish to apply to the user and press [Enter] softkey.
The keypad shows Level configured and return to the previous menu.
Press [Keyfob] softkey to assign a RADION keyfob or an Inovonics Transmitter to the
user.
To manually enter the RFID, if desired, press [Enter RFID] softkey to add the RFID.
Otherwise, the keypad automatically learns the RFID into the security system when you
add a RADION keyfob or an Inovonics Transmitter.
Press [Edit] softkey to continue.
Enter the RFID.
Press [Save] softkey to save the RFID and return to the previous menu.
