Lebensgefahr beim Betrieb mit Arbeitsstrom in
Fluchtwegen: Verrieglungen in Fluchtwegen müssen
bei Stromausfall entriegeln. Bei einem Betrieb mit Ar-
beitsstrom kann Flüchtenden der Fluchtweg verriegelt
bleiben. Betrieben Sie den Türriegel in Fluchtwegen
ausschließlich mit Ruhestrom.
Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Der Türriegel 843G ist ein elektrisch betriebener Magne-
triegel zur (zusätzlichen) Verriegelung von Toren und
großen Türen im privaten oder gewerblichen Bereich
im Innen- und Außenbereich. Für die vorgesehene
Funktion des Türriegels muss das beilliegende Schließ-
gegenstück mit Magnet zur Erkennung des Öffnungszu-
standes der Tür montiert werden.
Bei möglichem Frost oder niedrigen Luftemperaturen in
Verbindung mit Wind muss der Türriegel zusätzlich mit
einem geeigneten Isolationsmaterial verkleidet werden.
Schalten Sie die Riegelheizung ein.
Die elektrische Installation und die Montage müssen
von Handwerksfachkräften des passenden Gewerks
oder eingewiesene Personen ausgeführt werden.
Der Türriegel kann senkrecht mit Veriegelungsrichtung
nach unten oder waagerecht aufliegend montiert wer-
den.
Wegen Stolpergefahr dürfen Türriegel und Schließge-
genstück nicht in den Fußboden montiert werden.
Der USB-Anschluss ist für die werkseitige Verwendung
bestimmt und darf nicht angeschlossen werden.
Das Gerät ist für den Einbau und Verwen-
dung entsprechend dieser Anleitung geeig-
net. Jede darüber hinausgehende Verwen-
dung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.

Intended use
The door bolt 843G is an electrically operated magnet
bolt for (additional) locking of gates and large doors in
the private or commercial sector, both indoors and out-
doors. For the intended function of the door bolt, the
accompanying lock counterpart with a magnet for de-
tecting that the door is open must be mounted.
In conditions where there is the possibility of frost or
low air temperatures, in conjunction with wind, the
door bolt must also be fitted with suitable insulation
material. Switch on the bolt heating.
The electrical installation and mounting must be car-
ried out by specialist tradesmen from the relevant trade
or trained persons.
The door bolt can be mounted vertically with locking
mechanism facing downwards or surface-mounted hor-
izontally.
To avoid trip hazards, the door bolt and lock counter-
part must not be mounted in the ground.
The USB connection is designed for factory use and
must not be connected.
