All returned service items, whether under warranty or not, must be freight pre-paid and accompanied by a return authorization (R.A.) number. The R.A. number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.

3. Press the SET UP button and “SPEED:XX” will be displayed. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the speed of the color change. The speed can be adjusted between “01” (slowest) to “16” (fastest). The Encore Profile 1000 Color has 5 DMX modes: 4 channel mode, 5 channel mode, 6 channel mode, 10 channel mode, and 11 channel mode.
