SPECIALIZED COMPONENTS
ANCHOR PLATE (AP)
The anchor plate is used on
factory-built fireplaces,
site-built fireplaces, and other
appliances to provide a positive
connection for the chimney.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Twist-lock the first length of chimney onto the anchor
plate. From here, refer to page 8. Starting with steps
5, follow the same instructions as shown.
FACTORY-BUILT FIREPLACES
For chimneys installed on factory-built fireplaces,
follow the installation instructions accompanying
the fireplace.

FIREPLACE INSULATED RADIATION SHIELDS
These are used only with wood-burning fireplaces
which have been certified for use with DTP.
ANGLED INSULATED RADIATION SHIELD (WRSI30)
It has been designed for use when a chimney passes
through a wall at an angle. See Table 9
