IDENTIFICATION
Frame number
The frame number is s t a m p e d on the right
side of the steering head pipe.
Engine number
The engine serial number is s t a m p e d into the
elevated part of the right rear section of the
engine.
N O T E :
The first three digits of these numbers are for
model identifications; the remaining digits
are the unit production number. The t w o
serial numbers are usually identical but they
may s o m e t i m e s be 2 or 3 numbers apart.
