Problems
The camera cannot be turned on.
Photos are normal during the day,
but dark at night.
When using a external power sup-
ply, the camera can't work normally.
The camera can't shoot automa-
tically.
Cannot switch to "Video" or "Photo
+ Video" mode.
Possible Causes
Low battery or wrong battery model.
Wrong battery installation.
Incorrect specification or connection of external
power supply.
Low power or insufficient external power current,
the infrared lamp does not work normally.
Poor power contact.
External power source error.
The PIR sensor is not working when the camera is
on the time lapse function.
The time lapse function is on.
Solutions
Replace with fully charged batteries of the
correct type.
Refer to the instructions to install the
batteries in the correct way.
Use a appropriate external power supply
and proper connection.
Replace with fully charged batteries of the
correct type.
Check the interfaces to ensure that they
are firmly connected.
Replace the external power supply.
Requirement: output voltage: DC 6V.
The camera can not work under too low

camera.
