2. Caution!
• The working voltage of the camera is 6V. The camera is
supplied by 8 AA batteries*.
• It is also possible to operate the camera with only 4 AA
batteries.
• Please install batteries according to shown polarity.
• For camera operation an SD-card* (up to 32 GB) is needed.
• Please unlock the write-protect before inserting the SD-card.
• Please insert the SD-card when the power switch is at
OFF position before testing the camera. The camera has
no internal memory for saving images or videos.

• Please do not insert or take out the SD-card when the
power switch is at ON position.
• It is recommended to use the camera to format the SD-
card when used for the first time.
• The camera will be in USB mode when connected to a
USB port of a computer. In this case, the SD-card func-
tions as a removable disk.

3. Main operations

3.1 Power supply
The camera operates on 6V DC voltage. Powercan be sup-
plied using batteries* (4 or 8 x AA batteries) or via an ex-
ternal power adapter*.
NOTE:
The camera can be operated simultaneously with batteries
and power adapter. The "ON" mode will not work if only
power adapter is used, and no batteries are inserted. When
operated with batteries and power adpater together, the
camera will operate using the power adapter first, with bat-
teries as backup power.
