Eco-Throttle SWITCH INSPECTION
Remove the control panel (page 8-6).
Disconnect the connectors from the Eco-Throttle
switch.
Check for continuity between the Eco-Throttle switch
terminals.
There must be no continuity with the switch turned ON,
and continuity with the switch turned OFF.
THROTTLE CONTROL MOTOR
INSPECTION
Remove the carburetor (page 6-5).
Measure the resistance between the throttle control
motor connector terminals.
Terminal
2 – 4
3 – 5
If the resistance is outside the specification, replace the
throttle control motor (page 7-4).
Standard resistance
50 – 70 Ω
