POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. MP too high
2. The valve (128638) is worn or damaged
3. The crown (AP2033) is not correctly
adjusted
4. the lever (129178) is bent
5. The sealing face of the crown (AP2033)
is damaged
6. The spring (AP2021) is damaged
1. MP too low
2. The crown (AP2033) is not correctly
adjusted, the lever adjustment is too low
3. MP hose obstructed
4. Le lever (129178) is bent
1. Hole in mouthpiece (123697)
2. Diaphragm (129150) damaged
3. Exhalation valve (129642) is damaged
4. The O-ring (AP1438) is dirty, worn or
damaged
5. The casing is damaged.
7. The O-ring (124706) ( handwheel side )
is damaged.
7. The O-ring (124706) ( hose side ) is
damaged.
8. The spacer i(129652)s damaged
9 The diaphragm is not correctly fitted
between the casing and the washer

TREATMENT
1. Refer to First stage Troubleshooting
Guide
2. Replace the valve seat
3. Adjust the crown again
4. Replace the lever
5. Replace the crown
6. Replace the spring

2. Readjust the lever and the valve
3. Clean or replace the hose
4. Replace the lever
1. Replace the mouthpiece
6. Replace the diaphragm
7. Replace the valve
4. Changer le joint
5. Check the sealing face of the
exhalation valve. Replace the casing
7. Replace the o-ring
7. Replace the o-ring
8. Replace the spacer.
9. Disassemble the purge button and
refit the assembly correctly
