POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. MP too high
2. The valve (19) is worn or damaged.
3. The seat (21) is not correctly adjusted
4. The lever (14) is bent
5. The sealing face of the seat (21) is
damaged.
6. The lever (14) adjustment is too high
7. The spring (17) is damaged
1. MP too low
2. The lever adjustment is too low
3. MP hose obstructed
4. Le lever (14) is bent
1. Hole in mouthpiece (3)
2. Diaphragm (9) damaged
3. Exhalation valve (4) damaged
5. The diaphragm (9) is not correctly fitted
between the casing (1) and the washer (10)
6. The casing is damaged.
7. The O-ring (7) is damaged.
TREATMENT
1. Refer to First stage Troubleshooting
Guide
2. Replace the valve
3. Readjust the seat
4. Replace the lever
5. Replace the seat
6. Unscrew the Nylstop screw (12)
7. Replace the spring

2. Readjust the lever and the valve
3. Clean or replace the hose
4. Replace the lever
1. Replace the mouthpiece
2. Replace the diaphragm
3. Replace the valve
4. Disassemble the cover and refit the
assembly correctly
5. Check the sealing face of the
exhalation valve. Replace the casing
7. Replace the O-ring
