Remove the cover from the base.

Remove the hex nut from the caster to be replaced.
Discard the caster. If the hex nut is undamaged, it can be retained to use on
the new caster.
5.
Repeat this procedure for the other casters.
6.
Reverse the disassembly procedures to reassembly the trolley.
7.
Reattach the MAC device and trolley options.

This procedure applies only to the MAC 1600 Trolley. For instructions on removing the
casters from the Modular MAC Trolley, refer to

Before removing the base, remove the MAC unit and accessories from the trolley. See
"Removing the MAC Unit from the MAC 1600 Trolley" on page 23
