ASSEMBLY & SETUP 21" PUSH MOWER Remove spark plug wire before working on mower. All references to right or left are as viewed from the operating position. 1. LOWER HANDLE - Install four 3/8-24 X 1" bolts in the lower handle facing outward. Secure with four jam nuts. - Page 9 ASSEMBLY & SETUP 21" PUSH MOWER 5. THROTTLE CABLE – Connect the throttle cable to the engine by hooking the ‘Z’ bend of the inner wire to the governor control lever. Route the cable around the front of the engine and under the oil filter.
