Replacing the external LCL cooling fans

WARNING! Obey the safety instructions on page 5. If you ignore the
instructions, physical injury or death, or damage to the equipment can
occur.
1. Before you start, stop the inverter and
do the steps in
Electrical safety

2. Remove the LCL air inlet grilles at the
back of the inverter.
3. Disconnect the power and control
cables of the LCL cooling fans.
4. Loosen the locking nuts of the LCL
cooling fan holder.
5. Carefully lift and remove the cooling fan
holder.
6. Remove the 4 screws that attach the
cooling fan to the cooling fan holder.
7. Replace the LCL cooling fan. Make sure
that the air flow direction is correct.
8. Install and tighten the 4 screws to attach
the LCL cooling fan to the cooling fan
holder.
9. Connect the power and control cables
of the LCL cooling fans.
10. Attach the LCL air inlet grilles.
11. After the inverter starts, make sure that
there are no fan failure warnings. You
can read the status of each fan from
parameter group 202 Fan control.
