Troubleshooting

Problem
Engine will not
start
Clutch not working
Sliding
Abnormal noise from
gears
Oil leakage
If the engine still cannot be started, take your machine to an authorized dealer.
Possible Cause
1. Not enough fuel
2. Engine switch is OFF
3. No spark from the spark plug
4. Stale fuel in carburettor float
bowl
1. Engine speed is too low
2. Belt stretched
3. Spring failure
4. Cable needs adjusting
1. Spring/belt failure
1. Loose bearing
2. Drive shaft deformed
3. Gearbox wear
1. Oil seal failure
2. Loose bolts
Possible Solution
1. Check fuel level in fuel tank
2. Turn the engine switch ON
3. Remove and clean the spark
plug
4. Loosen the drain bolt on the
carburettor float bowl, drain the
fuel in the bowl and re-tighten the
bolt.

speed
