6. FINISHER/HOLE PUNCHING UNIT MISFEED
When a paper m isfeed occurs in the optional
finisher or hole punching unit, the M ISFEED
sym bol flashes and this m essage appears:
M isfeed in finisher
Press HELP
Rem ove the m isfed paper as described below .
Raise the paper guide and remove the

misfed paper.

Lift the release lever and move the finisher
aw ay from the copier.

Remove the paper misfed betw een the
finisher and the copier.
. Perform step 4 to 5 w hen the optional hole
punching unit is installed.
