2. STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS AND WORKING PRINCIPLE HAVA1000PI/PIK manual stacker consists of a hydraulic system, mast and forks. The stacker uses a manual hydraulic pump (hydraulic device) as a force to lift heavy goods, which are pushed, pulled and handled manually. The hydraulic device is equipped with an oil return valve and the fork decline speed is controlled via a hand lever to make the operation of the hydraulic system correct, safe and reliable. - Page 5 When the forks are rising for lifting goods or it is used as an operation platform, the brakes should be stepped down with foot to prevent the stacker from moving. 5. 2. RAKENTEELLISET OMINAISUUDET JA TOIMINTAPERIAATE HAVA1000PI/PIK -käsikäyttöinen pinoamisvaunu koostuu hydraulisesta järjestelmästä, mastosta ja haarukoista. Pinoamisvaunu käyttää manuaalista hydraulipumppua (hydraulilaitetta) voimanlähteenä nostamaan raskaita tuotteita, joita työnnetään, vedetään ja käsitellään manuaalisesti. Hydrauliikkalaite on varustettu öljyn paluuventtiilillä, ja haarukan laskunopeutta ohjataan käsivivulla, jotta hydraulijärjestelmä toimisi oikein, turvallisesti ja luotettavasti. - Page 25 7.
