Diagnosis assistance

1 - Recommendations

If a malfunction occurs, check the following points :
• There is sufficient fuel.
• Sufficient engine oil.
• Sufficient hydraulic oil in the tank.
• Batteries are charging.
• Control box E-stop push-buttons are pulled out.
• The control box selector key is set to platform or ground control box.
• Control box relays are engaged.
• Fuse status.
• Ground control box solenoid valve status.
If the malfunction persists, consult the troubleshooting table to identify the problem.

Batteries discharged
Faulty printed circuit fuses (ground control box)
E-stop push-buttons are pushed in

Loosen and clean the terminals
Replace the filter
Contact HAULOTTE Services®
Replace the oil filter cartridge

Turn the ground control box selector key to platform
control box position
Enable the device and keep pressed down during
movement
Replace the joystick
Contact HAULOTTE Services®
Replace the solenoid valve or the solenoid valve coil
Contact HAULOTTE Services®
Top up the oil level
