2 - Inspection program

The machine must be inspected on a regular basis at intervals in accordance with the requirements set
forth in the Country of use but no less than once per year. The purpose of the inspection is to detect
any defect which could lead to an accident during routine use of the machine.
HAULOTTE Services® requires Reinforced and Major Inspections to be carried out on the product to
extend its service life.
Inspections must be carried out by a competent company or person whose selection is under the
responsibility of the manager.
The inspection results must be recorded in the safety register or machine log book controlled and
overseen by the company manager. This register or machine log book and the list of competent repair
persons must be made available to the Government Work Inspector and company safety committee at
any time.
