Assembly Instructions For 30 or 60 Capacity Lamp Charging Equipment Introduction The Oldham 10 lamp charging units can be stacked to produce a 30 or 60 capacity charging frame. By mounting the individual 10 lamp charging units between two uprights, any number of combinations in multiples of 10 can be achieved up to a maximum of 60 lamps, e.g.

3. Attach a 10 lamp charging unit as shown below to the uprights (a) in the centre position for stability by using the M12x16 sem screws (d). Ensure screw holes in charging unit are free running before attaching to uprights. 4.

6. Attach the additional upright (a) to the existing upright of the charger using M4x10 'Posidrive' screws (f), leaving out the top screw until top upright cover (c) is fitted. Wiring Connections Note : this equipment must be installed by qualified personnel in accordance with local regulations. Ensure individual 10 lamp charger input voltage is set to the correct mains supply voltage.

Thread the main input cable to the charger into the 'din' rail (e) remembering to pass the cable through the top cover (c) and gland (g). Tighten the gland. Always ensure that the electrical supply to the charging frame is isolated before servicing any part of the frame or chargers.

11. Attach the top upright cover (c) to the uprights, using posidrive screws (f) taking care once again not to trap any cables. Page 7 of 7...
