Function
Operation can be carried out via the control unit or external
devices. Operation via external signals or the Teaching Box is
deactivated. The connection between the control unit and exter-

nal devices must be enabled by the parameter for assigning oper-
ating rights.
A detailed description of the operating rights is contained in the
programming manual of the robot.
If the Teaching Box is enabled then the robot can only be operated
MANUAL
by the Teaching Box. Operation cannot be carried out using exter-
nal signals or the control unit.
Scrolls within the display
Port to connect the Teaching Box.
Install the dummy plug in the port (do this with the control unit
turned off ) if you do not plan to connect the Teaching Box.
USB port and battery
The RS232 port is used to connect a personal computer.
