The unit will initiate automatically the Energy Saver function under COOL, DRY, and AUTO (AUTO
COOL and AUTO FAN only) modes.

Press or hold either UP (
temperature will be automatically maintained anywhere between 62ºF and 86ºF(17ºC - 30ºC). If
you want the display to read the actual room temperature, refer to "Operating on the Fan Only"
section.

You may select the fan speed in four steps: AUTO, LOW (
Each button press shifts the fan speed mode. For some models, the fan speed cannot be adjusted
under HEAT mode. On DRY mode, the fan speed is automatically controlled at Low.
